Our fair and transparent refund policy for digital purchases.

1. Digital Product Policy
Because our products are digital eBooks delivered instantly via download link, all sales are generally final once the download link has been issued.
2. Eligible Refund Cases
Duplicate payment: If you were charged twice for the same order, contact us within 7 days for a full refund of the duplicate charge.
Technical failure: If you paid but did not receive your download link due to a system error on our end, we will either resend your files or issue a full refund.
Wrong product: If you received a different eBook than what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Change of mind after successful download.
Incompatibility with your device (PDFs work on all standard PDF readers).
Failure to read product descriptions before purchase.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email hello@anvilaventures.com with your order ID, payment screenshot, and reason for the request. We respond within 2–3 business days.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
